Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you may cancel or modify your order. However, we do process orders quickly in order to get your packaged shipped sooner than later. If you must cancel or modify your order, please contact us within one hour of ordering your item and be sure to include your order number in the body of the email. Although cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed, your best chance of a successful request is to contact us Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. EST.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we do not offer any expedited shipping/delivery on our items. Although, our goal is to ship your bag as quickly as possible, items typically ship within 24 hours.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Although, most of our customers are located in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. If you have any questions, including whether or not we ship to your country, keep in mind that you can chat with us 7 days a week anytime from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. EST. For international orders, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.
How do I return or exchange my bag?
The item you return to us cannot be altered, damaged, used or washed and must include all original packaging and tags. If you simply must return your item, for either a credit (refund) or deduction (for higher valued exchanges), please do so by following three 3 simple steps found on our Returns & Exchanges page.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
We issue refunds quickly! Once we’ve physically received your return package and confirmed the condition and contents, your refund will typically be initiated within 24 hours. Please note that once your payment type (PayPal account or credit card) has been refunded, it can take about 5 business days for a credit to reflect on your account statement. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
What is your return policy?

If you’ve received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@SatchelAge.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue and we’ll make it right!
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
SatchelAge carries a variety of products, so we don’t offer a blanket warranty on everything we sell. However, customer satisfaction is important to us! Depending on your issue, we can cover some instances beyond normal wear and tear.
